The Legends of the Game Baseball Museum, in Arlington, Texas, gives a unique, interactive, exciting, and educational peep into America’s most followed pastime – Major League Baseball.
The 24,000 square foot museum, situated on the south side of The Ballpark in Arlington, has on display more than 140 items from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, exhibits on the Negro Leagues, Texas League, women in baseball, the Texas Rangers, and lots of fine baseball history.
The first floor of the museum covers virtually all aspects of baseball – from Babe Ruth's original home run record, photos, and artifacts, to the fine details of how a baseball bat is made.
The second floor is exclusively dedicated to the home town favorites, the Texas Rangers. The interactive Learning Center - with its interactive and educational exhibits - is designed for kids, but also offers great fun for visitors of all ages. It occupies the top floor.
The Legends of the Game Baseball Museum offers sleepovers, birthday parties, educational programs, and is available for private events.
The museum is located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex at Ameriquest Field, off Interstate 30, between the two cities.
