Aiken Regional Medical Centers (ARMC), owned and operated by Universal Health Services, Inc., is a quality healthcare provider in Aiken, South Carolina. Since its inception in 1917, the 225-bed acute care facility has been actively engaged in serving Aiken and its surrounding communities. Originally called the Aiken Hospital and Relief Society, ARMC extends its services in a variety of medical specialties. The Cancer Care Institute of Carolina is the most comprehensive cancer treatment center in the region. The Cardiovascular Institute provides innovative care for all aspects of cardiac diseases. It offers excellent rehabilitation services and educational programs. The Women’s LifeCare Center stands out for its exceptional women’s services.
