San Jose Historical Museum is located at the south end of Kelley Park in San Jose, California. Established in 1965, it is a collection of 28 renovated homes, businesses, and landmarks of San Jose and the Santa Clara Valley. Many of the buildings date from 1870 to 1910. Occupying 25 acres, the museum features paved streets, running trolleys, a Chinese temple, former residences, an old-fashioned ice cream/candy parlor and cafe, and a museum gift shop. The museum also conducts tours, school and family programs, and exhibitions.
