Lehigh University is a private co-educational located at 27 Memorial Drive West in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The history of the Lehigh University is dated back to 1865, when it was established by Asa Packer, an industrial pioneer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, to educate his workers in the liberal arts and sciences. A 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness facility, the Welch Fitness Center has a wide variety of treadmills, elliptical runners, cycles, stair climbers, rowing machines and cross country ski machines, racquetball and squash courts, a boxing unit, and a climbing wall. In addition to these facilities, the university provides a variety on-campus residence options including residence halls and apartments. Lehigh University is the top-ranked university in the state and is also ranked in U.S News & World Report’s “America’s Best Colleges” survey.
